The Senior T&A, Kronos and GL Specialist role involves providing guidance and information to both bp employees and P&C on complex employee processes and data changes in the designated area and processes. This includes Time and Absence systems and Group Leaders within the Workday solution. The role ensures accurate delivery of designated people core areas, including transactional support, vendor coordination, and timely and accurate analysis of system and process queries via a case management system. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor long-term disability and liaise with Cigna - Manage retro case actions - Handle SAP and PeopleSoft data inquiries - Perform transactions and manage associated tasks for employees in designated people core area processes - Administer P&C policy and programs efficiently - Support projects related to global system releases, policies and processes changes, and continuous improvement initiatives - Collaborate with ER / IR, Legal, and Reward & Benefits CoE teams - Drive a culture of continuous improvement towards operational excellence - Identify and manage risks to ensure continuous operations **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Prior experience in coaching teams in a shared services environment - Strong customer service skills - Digital fluency and technical proficiency in P&C systems and processes - Numeracy & analytical thinking skills - Solutions-focused and relationship management abilities As a member of the team at bp, you will enjoy an open and inclusive culture, great work-life balance, learning and development opportunities, life and health insurance, medical care packages, and more.
