5. Document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs.
6. Design and configure rules and flows. Assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development.
7. Function as an Information Technology Business Analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specifications.
8. Deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screens and Interface mockups.
9. Understand interface integration technologies and translate customer needs into requirements.
1. 7-11 years of experience in business analysis with 5 years in PEGA.
3. Prior experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for the financial sector. 4. Strong understanding of Pega methodologies (including Scrum). 5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and manage business stakeholders. 6. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications. 7. Solid understanding of interface integration technologies. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
