Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned Pega Business Architect with 8 10 years of experience to support a largescale transformation program This role requires strong analytical thinking thought leadership and the ability to translate complex business needs into functional solutions using the Pega platform The candidate will play a key role in requirements gathering and documentation and act as a liaison between business and technical teams in a Scaled Agile environmentKey Responsibilities1Collaborate with Product Owners to gather analyze and document detailed business requirements in Azure DevOps ADO2Translate requirements into functional specifications aligned with Pega best practices3Contribute to solution design discussions and process improvements4Provide thought leadership in business architecture driving clarity in complex transformation scenarios5Support development and testing throughout the implementation lifecycle6Participate actively in PI planning sprint ceremonies and Agile rituals as part of a SAFe delivery model7Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery

Requirements

178 years of experience as a Pega Business Architect in enterprise environments2Experience with large transformation projects and working in crossfunctional teams3Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset4Demonstrated thought leadership in process analysis and solution architecture5Familiarity with Scaled Agile SAFe methodologies6Proficient in using Azure DevOps ADO for managing requirements and documentation7Pega BA certification is a mandatory
