Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Pega Business Architect with 8 10 years of experience to support a largescale transformation program This role requires strong analytical thinking thought leadership and the ability to translate complex business needs into functional solutions using the Pega platform The candidate will play a key role in requirements gathering and documentation and act as a liaison between business and technical teams in a Scaled Agile environment

Key Responsibilities

1Collaborate with Product Owners to gather analyze and document detailed business requirements in Azure DevOps ADO

2Translate requirements into functional specifications aligned with Pega best practices

3Contribute to solution design discussions and process improvements

4Provide thought leadership in business architecture driving clarity in complex transformation scenarios

5Support development and testing throughout the implementation lifecycle

6Participate actively in PI planning sprint ceremonies and Agile rituals as part of a SAFe delivery model

7Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery

Requirements

178 years of experience as a Pega Business Architect in enterprise environments

2Experience with large transformation projects and working in crossfunctional teams

3Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset

4Demonstrated thought leadership in process analysis and solution architecture

5Familiarity with Scaled Agile SAFe methodologies

6Proficient in using Azure DevOps ADO for managing requirements and documentation

7Pega BA certification is a mandatory
