Enterprise Stakeholder Leadership Partner closely with Global Account Directors to align product outcomes with client growth objectives. You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the P&C Insurance Domain to qualify for the role of Business Architect P4. In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with insurance customers to understand their digital business objectives and provide guidance on implementing solutions using the Guidewire Cloud Platform. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements specific to P&C insurance products and services. Additionally, you will conduct workshops and interviews with insurance professionals to identify pain points and business rules. As a Business Architect, you must have a strong grasp of Design Thinking practices to drive innovative customer-centric solutions for insurance carriers. You will work closely with insurance carrier business and SI partner resources to develop business requirements and process documents. Furthermore, you will translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for software development teams and ensure stakeholder buy-in. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of project experience in insurance, technology, or a related field. Role Overview: The Lead Business Architect (LBA) will drive the business requirements gathering and ensure alignment between business needs and Pega solution capabilities. The LBA will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that requirements are properly translated into system functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for claim-related processes. Define business workflows and decision logic in Pega. Work closely with system architects and developers to ensure proper implementation of business logic. Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams. Conduct requirement validation sessions, system demos, and UAT support. Provide thought leadership on Pega best practices for business processes. Lead and mentor junior business architects. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in business process management and requirements gathering. Certified Pega Business Architect (CBA) preferred. Strong knowledge of Pega capabilities, case management, and decisioning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the insurance or claims domain is a plus.

Pega Developer Key Responsibilities: PRPC Base Product Experience: Utilize at least 4 years of experience in PRPC base product with hands-on experience in integration services such as web services, JMS, MQ series, and various frameworks. Architecture and Database: Apply hands-on experience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) for architecture definition. Work on database SQL programming to support application functionality. Methodologies and Client Interaction: Implement BPM methodologies like SmartBPM and Scrum. Handle client-facing roles both onsite and offshore, ensuring effective communication and project delivery. Participate in project estimation and planning activities. Technical Leadership: Demonstrate strong technical leadership skills to guide and mentor team members. Frameworks and Configurations: Knowledge of Decision Strategy Manager (DSM) and mobile frameworks. Experience with application server configurations and deployments in complex technical environments. Certifications: CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect), CMBB (Certified Methodology Black Belt), or CBA (Certified Business Architect) certifications are highly desirable.
