Business: Global Finance Centre Principal responsibilities Lead data modelling requirements (Level 1 & Level 2 Mandatory data requirement, data model enhancements) Work as data business analyst to raise the requirements for applications to meet the strategic objective of banks future state of architecture. Understand the data requirements & use cases of value streams and liaise with Data refineries to source the data. Ensuring all the requisite project documents (functional designs, L2 solution, technical design, etc) are prepared & maintained. Engage with stakeholders to ensure they understand the impact of the solution design of the changes. Qualifications - External Professional qualifications: B Com / M Com / MBA/ CA Inter Seasoned Techno-finance professional with overall experience of 10+ years in Finance / Banking / Regulatory systems. Should be able to lead design book of work independently. Experience in the financial sector, specializing in data analytics of granular transactional data to create visual paradigm to optimize data structures. He/she is expected to be hands-on in data analysis and data modelling. Analytical skills: Capability to analyze complex business processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions. Enterprise Architecture: The candidate understands enterprise architecture frameworks and has worked on business process modelling. He/she is expected to be familiar with the traditional IT and cloud systems. Change Management: Skill in managing changes in the data domain which involves defining relationships between multiple sources of banking data sets. Proficient in interrogating databases via SQL queries. Responsibilities: Business Architect P4 ?To be considered you should have a combination of experience in the following: ?As a subject matter expert in the insurance industry, consult with insurance customers to understand their digital business objectives and advise them on how to best implement these solutions and underlying processes using the Guidewire Cloud Platform to fulfill those objectives ?Have a strong understanding of Design Thinking practices to facilitate customer discussions to drive innovative customer centric solutions for our carriers ?Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business and system requirements specific to P&C insurance products and services. ?Conduct workshops, interviews, and focus groups with insurance professionals to understand pain points, workflow requirements, and business rules. ?Collaborate with insurance carrier business and SI partner resources across business, technology, and UX to produce business requirements and business process documents ?Learn and master the functionality provided by Guidewire application(s) in order to become a customer facing professional services consultant ?Able to adhere and promote an operating framework for making decisions, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying legitimate authority ?Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for software development teams. ?Communicate with stakeholders to ensure necessary buy-in ?Able to facilitate business design and support solution estimates for complex product gaps and enhancements ?Prepare and present reports, demos, and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ?Able to provide verbal and written feedback, and help team members develop advanced skills in their designated focus areas ?Sets local or team-based standards for requirements definition, then advises on their application and ensures Guidewire and local compliance ?An ideal candidate for a business architect is someone with deep knowledge and expertise in front office and mid-office across all of the insurance value chain, as well as experience using technology to meet insurers needs. The recommended skill set for a business architect is listed below: ?Bachelor of Arts or Science ?8-10 years project experience in insurance, technology, or a related field. ?Industry knowledge of the P&C insurance industry with primary focus on customer facing operations and processes ?Capability to communicate clearly and efficiently as well as influence outcomes ?Ability to solve complex problems analytically ?Able to lead medium sized implementation projects ?Ability to research solutions and work with subject matter experts where necessary ?Ability to identify when business requirements are not in scope ?Experience with software implementation project(s) in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and user acceptance testing ?Familiar working with UX, Data, and Digital teams is a plus. Applying principles of a design-led approach is also a plus ?Exceptional documentation skills, and the ability to facilitate discussions with both technical and business stakeholders ?Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and actionable way. ?Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. ?Eagerness to learn and grow in the role with a proactive approach to problem-solving. ?Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

PEGA Architect Roles Responsibilities Use proven communication skills to collaborate with the business to understand/influence business requirements. Need to possess excellent skills to Identify and drive process optimization and process streamlining for client Business processes. Excellent knowledge and experience on Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure design and application profiling. Strong knowledge on various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types like Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents and Ruleset Management. Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC based solutions / projects from technical perspective. Act as Technical Design Authority for the entire Pega solution to drive a strategic solution for customers. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies / products / trends related to architectural solutions. Ensure alignment of solutions with business and IT goals / objectives. Identify and quantify scope and impact of Business requirements and changes on systems. Communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders (e.g., architecture reviews). Incorporate software and system architecture (e.g., infrastructure, network) into conceptual designs for highly scalable and performing solutions. Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (e.g., solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital plans). Provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving enterprise recommendations and ensuring adherence to established standards and practices including the development of standards and practices where they may not yet exist. Provide ownership for all requirement and solution definition artifacts throughout the project lifecycle including TOM and Traceability Matrices. Facilitate open communication and fact - based decision making. Review the work of others, providing guidance, mentoring and support both Development and Business Architect team. Develop innovative approaches to challenging and complex assignments. Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them. Research, identify, and recommend industry best practices for solving business problems. Forecast and plans resource requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills and should motivate and lead other team members. Pega CLSA Certification is not a must.
