Lead high-impact discussions with executives on how AI is reshapingmerchandising, supply chain, and store operations.

Conductdiscovery workshopsto align AI capabilities with customer challenges.

Develop and presentclear, compelling strategiesthat resonate with CEOs, COOs, and supply chain leaders.

AI-Powered Retail Supply Chain Optimisation

Design and deployAI-driven solutionsfor merchandising,forecasting, replenishment, and execution.

Identify opportunities to improve pricing, promotions,inventory, store operations and logistics .

Understand, shape, and influence customer demand through pricing, promotions, product assortment and planograms.

Improveforecast accuracy, reduce waste, and enhance supply chain agility.

Show, dont telldeliverlive product demonstrationsthat make the value of AI self-evident.

Sales, Presales, Solution Design

Enable theend-to-end sales process, from discovery through implementation.

BuildROI-driven business cases, proving AIs impact on revenue, costs, and efficiency.

Lead pilots, proofs of concept, and ensuresmooth adoption and execution.

Thought Leadership and Execution

Act as atrusted advisorfor retailers and CPGs adopting AI acrossmerchandising and supply chain.

Executive Engagement:Proven ability towork with C-suite leadersand drive AI adoption.

AI Analytics Knowledge:Experience withAI-powered forecasting, prescriptive analytics, and decision intelligence.

Communication: Exceptionalstorytelling, presentation, and persuasion skills.

Results-Driven:Track record ofdelivering revenue growth, cost savings, and operational improvements.
