Senior Solutions Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Solutions Consultant, based in abroad. The Senior Solutions Consultant will be responsible for leading consulting engagements, participating in presales activities, managing projects, and providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of clients. The role involves advising on complex scenarios, analyzing client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and advising skills with the ability to navigate client needs effectively
• Proficiency in Presales and Sales, demonstrating an ability to understand customer requirements and customize solutions
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret complex scenarios effectively
• Project Management experience, including capability to oversee project delivery and ensure timelines are met
• Proven experience in customer engagement and relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in immigration or consultancy services is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
