Job Description

As a Solutions Consultant at Finastra, you will play a crucial role in the sales team by providing support through solution demonstrations and subject matter expertise in the proposal process. Your responsibilities and deliverables will include: - Conducting solution demonstrations to showcase functional capabilities and highlight business and operations value benefits. - Maintaining and updating central demonstration systems to ensure data accuracy. - Recommending ways to enhance the positioning of solutions with a focus on technology and architecture advancement. - Leveraging technical expertise to build winning solutions for both the Central Demo system and client-specific environments. - Serving as a subject matter expert in the preparation of request for proposals (RFP/RFI) and other information requests. - Collaborating with GSC and sales team members to align solutions with prospect needs. - Providing training and assistance for regional Sales and GSC teams in designated application areas. - Incorporating competitive strengths and weaknesses into solution demonstrations. - Communicating product gaps to the Product Management organization and aligning with Development teams on the product roadmap.
