Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Veradigm, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies. With a focus on C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core, your expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles will be essential. Your proficiency in SQL Server for database design, development, and performance tuning will contribute to high-quality software delivery in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - **.NET & C# Expertise:** Demonstrate strong proficiency in C# and a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Framework and .NET Core. Develop robust, high-performance, and scalable applications using object-oriented principles. - **OOP Principles:** Apply strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and principles to design and implement efficient solutions. - **Algorithms & Data Structures:** Utilize a strong understanding of core data structures such as arrays, lists, stacks, queues, trees, and hash maps. Familiarity with common algorithms like sorting, searching, recursion, and graph traversal is crucial. - **SQL Server:** Apply hands-on experience in SQL Server for database design, optimization, and data manipulation. - **Hands-on with Modern .NET Stack:** Have experience with recent .NET technologies including ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, ASP.NET Web APIs, WPF, and .NET Framework 4.x. - **Agile and SAFe Knowledge:** Work in Agile and SAFe environments, understanding Agile methodologies. - **Azure Fundamentals:** Familiarity with Azure fundamentals; possession of AZ-900 certification is a plus. - **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:** Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and the ability to efficiently solve complex problems. - **Communication Skills:** Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - **Industry Knowledge:** Possess knowledge of Healthcare Domain and Revenue Cycle processes for added advantage. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical/Business experience. - 4-7 years of hands-on experience in software development.
