Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (.NET) to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in modern .NET development, cloud-native architectures on AWS, and scalable backend systems. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and modern .NET
2. Build and optimize backend services and APIs following best engineering practices.
3. Work with AWS cloud services to develop, deploy, and support cloud-native applications.
4. Design and manage data models using SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
5. Write and optimize stored procedures, queries, and database performance.
6. Implement and manage caching mechanisms such as Redis to improve application performance.
7. Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams on containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
8. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
9. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.
10. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to overall team technical excellence.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

1. 5–10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
2. Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and web application development.
3. Experience working with latest .NET versions (preferably .NET 8 or .NET 10).
4. Solid experience with AWS (compute, storage, and related services).
5. Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
6. Experience with NoSQL databases (Document DB- Mongo, Dynamo)
7. Hands-on experience with Redis or other caching mechanisms.
8. Awareness and working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Good to Have

1. Experience with microservices architecture.
2. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
3. Experience working in SaaS or product-based organizations.
4. Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and security best practices.
