Responsibilities

• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented (OO) design patterns, distributed databases, and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Intersystems IRIS, Cache, CSP, HTML4/5, CSS3, XML/XSLT, JQuery.
• Proficiency in VB.net, ASP.net, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Business Objects, Crystal Reports plus one or more modern programming languages.
• Experience with Angular, React, HTML5 or other front end technology would be preferred.
• Experience with StarLims scripting language would be preferred.
• Experience with Iguana integration engine would be preferred.
• Healthcare software development experience required.
• Experience with Lab system, ASTM, HL7, and/or FHIR would be preferred.
• 21 CFR part 11 regulation and validation experience would be preferred.
• Familiar with persistence technology like NHibernate or Entity Framework preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional experience in IT, both support and development.
