Senior Software Engineer - .Net Fullstack [Trade]

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality robust and scalable software solutions using C#, .NET Core.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular.
• Work with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Storage Accounts

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Integrate with different cloud services and source/target systems to retrieve/provide data for Trade.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and appropriate software design patterns.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

• Contribute to the documentation of software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Product team - The Trade team develops products primarily designed to facilitate interaction between back-end systems and customs brokers within cross-border solutions. Additionally, the team supports direct imports and provides connectivity in all scenarios where broker interaction is required—for both import and export customs handling, across all sales channels.

They work on two key applications: Customs Broker Connectivity and Customs Broker Returns. These tools streamline cross-border trade by making it faster, easier, and more cost-effective. This is achieved by offering standardized, generic integration with both existing and new customs brokers, and by ensuring higher-quality, enriched data. This data is continuously improved and reused through a collaborative network that includes all brokers and impex departments.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

• 8-10 years of solid hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core development.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure, including experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Keyvault, Azure SQL Server, and Azure Storage.
• Hands-on experience with Angular 10+ for building modern SPA frontends.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including query writing and performance tuning.
• Experience in using GitHub and Azure DevOps for version control.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JWT, and OAuth2.
• Comfortable working with tools like: Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Azure Portal.
• Experience in working with Trade related applications.
• Experience in writing Unit tests, Integration tests with testing frameworks.
• Experience in creating and working with CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions, Azure Devops
• Good knowledge of Application and Cloud Security best practices.
• Proficiency in problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Ability to interact with business users for requirement elicitation, clarification, coordination, and explain/walkthrough solutions.
