Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into system test case scenarios.
Collaborate with other testing groups for integration, pairwise, and operational readiness testing.
Support System Acceptance Testing, System Integration Tests, and Regression Testing.
Develop corrective actions to resolve bugs and identify data requirements.
Execute test cases, raise defects, and manage defect lifecycle including retesting and closure.
Contribute to status reporting to test lead/manager.
Utilize hands-on experience in Service Now and TOSCA for automation and manual testing.
Understand functional knowledge of HR processes and data mapping for HR applications.

Experience Required:

4- 6 years of experience in automated and manual testing, specifically using TOSCA.
Proficient in managing defect lifecycle and reporting using Jira and Service Now.
Demonstrated expertise in supporting system integration and regression testing.
Experience in data requirement analysis and HR-related application testing.

Education:Any Graduation.
