Primary Responsibilities:

Design and develop software applications and application components in an agile environment using the .NET framework and .NET Core

Create high-quality software by conducting peer design/code reviews and developing automated test cases

Coordination with all stake holders and Ensures Project Meets Requirements & Objectives

Act as a hands-on engineer, leading by example and working independently

Build production-ready features and capabilities adhering to best engineering standards

Optimize application performance and scalability
-
Analyzes and investigates production issues
-
Execute on-call responsibilities to address critical production issues outside of regular business hours

Identify and help mitigate risks to the data and organizational health

Design and manage relational databases. Write complex queries and stored procedures

Share knowledge internally with peers and leaders, acting as a resource for teams and business units within areas of expertise

Use tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD pipelines

Leverage the latest technologies to solve complex problems facing the health care industry

Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Document technical specifications and user guides

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or Engineering
-
7+ years of work experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years focused on .Net technologies
-
3+ years of experience in API & Integrations: Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar technologies
-
3+ years of DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Artifactory, SonarQube), and monitoring tools like Zabbix or Grafana

Experience in building scalable, performant, and high-availability applications using C#.Net, Angular and web services (API backend heavy)

Good experience with developing solutions involving relational database technologies on SQL Server platform, stored procedure programming experience using T-SQL

Experience with SDLC such as Agile or Waterfall
-
Ability to troubleshoot complex technology, software, and system solutions
-
Should be adaptable and transformable to learn latest technologies as per business needs
