Job Description

Role Overview


This role requires embracing an AI-first approach to work, where GenAI and agentic AI tools are viewed as essential collaborators rather than optional supplements. We expect team members who naturally think about AI-enhanced workflows, proactively seek opportunities to integrate intelligent automation, and demonstrate curiosity about leveraging AI to solve complex problems more efficiently.


The ideal candidate approaches challenges by first considering: "How can AI help me accomplish this faster and better?" while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and reliability. This mindset includes being comfortable with rapid AI tool evolution, eager to experiment with new AI capabilities, and committed to sharing AI-enhanced approaches with team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on scalable enterprise product development.

  • Build cloud-native, containerized, microservices-based solutions.

  • Apply SOLID principles and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

  • Optimize database queries (T-SQL) and ensure secure, high-performance code.

  • Drive CI/CD, testing, and release cycles.

  • Integrate AI tools for development, testing, and security automation.

  • Promote AI adoption across engineering workflows.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field.

  • Strong in ASP.NET Core (C#), REST APIs, and full-stack development.

  • Proficient in Azure, containerization, and front-end tech (JS, HTML, CSS).

  • Skilled in T-SQL, OOP, SOLID, Agile SCRUM, and TDD.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Passion for continuous learning and innovation.


AI-Specific Skills

  • Experience with GenAI/Agentic AI in development workflows.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding, testing, and documentation.

  • Knowledge of AI-based security and performance optimization tools.


Work Schedule

  • Mid-shift: 2 PM – 11 PM IST
