What you bring

9 12 years of experience in Full Stack Development within corporate IT Operations.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Node.js (TypeScript), GoLang, and GraphQL.
5 years of proficiency in frontend technologies including React and Swift.
Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, and MSSQL.
Skilled in building data-rich JavaScript/HTML/CSS applications.
Strong experience in containerization and cloud technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure/AWS, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, CircleCI, SonarQube, and EFK Stack
Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and systems architecture.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, coding, testing, and automation skills
Passion for improving performance, accessibility, and reliability.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
Experience in IT application support, ITIL processes, and IT service management.
Ability to navigate conflict and ambiguity effectively.
Good understanding of large-scale distributed systems in practice, including multi-tier architectures, application security, monitoring, and storage systems.
Proven track record of delivering results against stretch targets.
Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive delivery excellence in a matrix organization through influence and collaboration.
Ability to operate in a virtual cross-cultural environment.
Willingness to take periodic calls outside working hours to support global operations.
