Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Leads and contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
- Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Focuses on providing thought leadership and works on broader organization projects, which requires understanding of wider business.

- Work as an integral part of a Safe Agile development team and continuously collaborate with the developers, Product Owner, Business Analysts and fellow team members to translate user stories and functional requirements into resilient & secure technical designs.
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.
- Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
- Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
- Interact directly with clients, managers, and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
- Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
- Serve as technical expert on development projects.
- Work under minimal supervision on complex projects.
- May assist less experienced peers.
- Lead software projects or software portion of new system product development.

Qualifications Expected For Position
- 8+ years’ experience in software development.
- 6+ years’ experience in corporate application development and administration.
- Expert level proficiency with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, VisualForce, Relational Databases and JavaScript.
- Previous experience in integrating other systems with Salesforce.
- Previous experience in data migrations and conversions from multiple instances into one.
- Core knowledge in Sales and Marketing domains.
- Exposure to Sales operations.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter approach, with excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
- A reliable, responsive attitude toward delivering results and maintaining keen focus.
- Energy and enthusiasm for excelling in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
