Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable software solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a passion for building high-performance applications that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps) to define and deliver features.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices.
Optimize application performance and ensure security, reliability, and scalability.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews and architecture discussions.
Continuously explore and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4–8 years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, C++, Go, or similar).
Experience with system design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
