Senior Software Engineer - About The Role
Senior Software Engineer
Job Purpose
We are starting some projects with ServiceNow and for this purpose we need senior developers. Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a ed ServiceNow Application Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Must have certification on ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Must have certification on ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

Strong knowledge on Service Portal, Service Catalogue, App Engine Studio & UI Builder environments.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow data schema, including table relationships, schema map, and dictionary settings; experience with creating and managing custom tables.

Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying concepts to understand data flows, reporting, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating with third-party systems, and optimizing workflows.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing scripts and workflows, and ensuring system performance and security.

Strong problem-solving s and knowledge of ITIL processes are essential.

E2E understanding on ServiceNow deployment.

Require proven abilities to analyze, debug and find solutions to technology issues.

Should have ability to adopt new development processes and improve existing processes if needed.

Required good understanding in SDLC process.

Passion to learn and work on any technology.

Require good written and spoken communication s in English. (Knowing Hindi will add advantage.)

Key Decisions / Dimensions

Adopt new processes/improve existing processes to deliver better business solutions.

Adhere to quality/info-security guidelines and processes including maintaining adequate documentation.

Attend review meetings, business user meetings, IT meetings, etc.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualifications:

B.E/ B.Tech / MCA

Work Experience:

Minimum 2.5+ years of experience in software development with ServiceNow.
