Pune, Maharashtra (Full-Time, Office-Based)

Role and Responsibilities

As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using PHP and related frameworks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Writing clean, efficient, and secure code while adhering to coding standards.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Conducting thorough testing of applications and resolving any bugs or issues.
• Staying updated with emerging technologies and trends in web development.
• Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience: 2-6 years of hands-on experience in PHP programming.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of PHP programming language and web development concepts.
• Proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Soft Skills:
• Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API development using Laravel.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Education

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
