Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and deliver integration projects on time. Create and maintain EDI/integration transaction maps, communication protocols, and integration documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve EDI and integration issues, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Ensure compliance with data security, ISO27001, privacy, and industry regulations. Automate and streamline EDI/integration processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors. Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment of new EDI integrations. Strong knowledge of EDI standards (FORTRAS, EDIFACT), integration protocols (SFTP, AS2, HTTP/S), and data mapping tools. Experience with programming languages / technologies such as C#, GIT, familiarity with APIs/web services, and SQL Server. Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
