Senior Software Engineer (SDE-III) – Full Stack (React.js + Node.js)

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (SDE-III) to architect and build a scalable SaaS platform featuring dynamic dashboards, role-based workflows, and enterprise-grade backend services. You will drive key technical decisions, deliver mission-critical features, and mentor other developers—while ensuring performance, security, and scalability across the stack.
Tech Stack You’ll Work On
Frontend:
React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux or Zustand)
Tailwind CSS or SCSS
TypeScript (preferred)
UI libraries: MUI / Ant Design / ShadCN (bonus)
REST API integration, JWT-based authentication
Backend:
Node.js + Express.js
MongoDB (Mongoose) and/or PostgreSQL (Sequelize / Prisma ORM)
Auth: JWT, OAuth2, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
File handling, pagination, filtering, custom controllers
DevOps & Tools:
Git & GitHub / GitLab
Postman, Swagger / OpenAPI
Docker (working knowledge)
CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
Deployment: Vercel / Render / DigitalOcean / AWS
Bonus / Nice to Have:
Next.js or Nuxt.js
Redis, WebSockets (real-time features)
3rd-party API integrations (Stripe, SendGrid, etc.)
Unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Supertest)
AI integration (OpenAI API, LangChain, Pinecone, etc.)
What You’ll Do :
Architect scalable full-stack systems and define technical best practices.
Own end-to-end delivery – from Figma UI to production deployment.
Mentor and review code for junior developers to maintain code quality.
Design modular backend architectures with caching, async processing, and layered services.
Ensure system security, performance, and reliability in production.
Collaborate with product and design teams on estimation, planning, and sprint delivery.
Lead modernization and refactoring efforts for legacy components.

Have led engineering teams or delivered mission-critical modules.
Understand distributed systems, software design patterns, and scalability.
Are comfortable making architectural decisions and guiding implementations.
Enjoy building clean, reusable, production-ready code.
Have experience with SaaS platforms, admin dashboards, or complex business tools.
