About The Role

Technical Leadership

• Lead projects as a technical lead, driving architecture decisions and ensuring code quality standards
• Provide technical guidance and strategic direction for development teams
• Collaborate directly with clients to clarify technical requirements and provide expert consultation
• Oversee project delivery timelines and technical & Implementation :
• Perform hands-on development work using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js
• Build scalable applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high development & Team Development :
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and career development
• Conduct technical training sessions and knowledge sharing workshops
• Foster a collaborative learning environment within the development team
• Support team members in overcoming technical Qualifications :
  

Experience

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven track record in the software service industry
• Experience in technical leadership or team lead Skills :
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
• Proficient in MongoDB database design and management
• Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration
• Knowledge of modern development tools and workflows
