About the Role


The brand stands for innovation, trust, and quality care.


We’re looking for a Senior Social Media & Content Manager to lead the brand’s digital communication and content ecosystem across platforms — including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Podcasts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller and a strategic thinker who can drive brand engagement, manage content production, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Plan creative concepts, write engaging copy, and brief design and video teams for posts, stories, carousels, and reels.

Track analytics and optimize campaigns for engagement and audience growth.

Manage paid social media campaigns and partnerships with agencies.


2. Content Creation & Brand Communication

Lead ideation and scripting for brand campaigns, festive content, service videos, and awareness drives.

Ensure brand consistency and tone across English and Telugu communication.

Collaborate with doctors, internal teams, and external partners for impactful storytelling.

Oversee edits and reviews for all video, podcast, and visual content.


3. YouTube & Podcast Management

Plan and manage YouTube series, expert videos, and brand storytelling formats.

Coordinate end-to-end podcast production — from concept to recording to publishing.

Optimize YouTube and podcast content for visibility, retention, and engagement.

4. LinkedIn Strategy & Content

Build and manage the brand’s LinkedIn presence, focusing on leadership communication, thought leadership, and employer branding.

Develop posts highlighting success stories, milestones, and employee engagement.

Manage LinkedIn campaigns and performance reporting.


5. Campaign & Content Operations

Plan and execute integrated online and offline campaigns.

Manage website content updates, SEO-optimized blogs, and landing pages.

Coordinate with design, video, and tech teams to ensure timely and seamless execution.

Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, medical experts, and brand partners.

Track influencer content performance and ensure ROI.

Support live sessions, webinars, and awareness events across social platforms.


7. Internal Communication & Branding

Design newsletters, WhatsApp messages, and internal branding content.

Manage communication templates, center rebranding initiatives, and internal engagement creatives.


What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content management, preferably in healthcare or a service-driven industry.

Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities with a deep understanding of online audiences.

Excellent communication in English and Telugu.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and podcast platforms.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, and timelines.

Familiarity with analytics tools, influencer marketing, and content performance tracking.
