Senior Site Supervisor/Project Manager

Location: Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month Industry: Interior Design & Fit-Out Experience: 5-7 Year Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview Sara Designs Interior is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute residential and commercial interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will excel at managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in project management within the interior design or architecture industry . Project Planning & Coordination Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Lead project kick-off meetings and conduct regular stakeholder updates. Budget & Cost Control Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. Track project expenses, approve purchases, and manage change orders efficiently. Ensure proper documentation of all financial decisions and updates. Timeline & Schedule Management Create detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera. Monitor critical paths and ensure timely delivery across all project phases. Proactively resolve potential delays or bottlenecks. Team Leadership Lead and motivate internal teams and external collaborators. Define clear responsibilities, conduct team reviews, and provide regular feedback. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Quality Assurance Ensure all work meets design intent, industry standards, and quality benchmarks. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits. Address non-compliance and resolve issues promptly. Vendor & Subcontractor Management Source and manage reliable vendors and subcontractors. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor vendor performance and enforce safety and legal compliance. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in project management within interior design, architecture, or fit-out projects. Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD , and project management tools. Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and client-facing abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design , or a related field.
