Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Civil Engineer to oversee and manage on-site civil engineering activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction work is executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the design specifications, budget, and schedule. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of civil construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site civil engineering activities, including earthworks, foundations, drainage, roads, and structural works.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Liaise with project stakeholders including contractors, consultants, clients, and government authorities.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and provide input for project documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and materials teams for timely delivery of materials.
• Resolve technical issues, manage site conflicts, and provide solutions as needed.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Ensure environmental and safety policies are strictly followed on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil/site engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Experience working on [e.g., infrastructure, commercial, residential, or industrial] projects.

Skills Required:

• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Experience 6+ Year in Civil
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other civil engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of site safety practices and risk management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
