What You’ll Do Build & configure HRSD modules: HR Case Mgmt, Employee Center/Pro, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events. Create intuitive self‑service portals & HR catalogs. Integrate with SuccessFactors, Payroll, AD/SailPoint, Teams/SlackEnsure compliance with CSDM, HR data privacy & securityCollaborate with HR & IT in Agile teamsWhat

We’re Looking For 5+ yrs ServiceNow dev exp (2+ yrs HRSD)Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHubCSA certification (required); CIS‑HRSD preferredSolid HR domain knowledge (onboarding, case mgmt, performance, benefits, offboarding).
