Job Description

What will your role look like

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including business rules, Script Includes, REST APIs, ACLs, scheduled jobs, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
Customize and enhance ServiceNow workflows to meet business requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards, analytics reports, and monitoring solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance tuning, security, and adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation of new features and applications.

We would like you to bring along

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
Hands-on expertise in Java, AngularJS, REST, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Spring Boot.
Strong command of Core Java, including collections, exception handling, and inheritance.
Well-versed in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
Experience with performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
Strong communication skills and client interaction experience.

Good-to-have skills

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certification (mandatory).
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform UI customization.
Experience in performance tuning, security compliance, and capacity management.
Exposure to advanced ServiceNow modules and integrations.
