Senior ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, with a primary focus on

  ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.)

• Customize ServiceNow applications and modules, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring performance, usability, and scalability.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices within the ServiceNow team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

  , with strong expertise in ITSM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules).
• Experience with ServiceNow administration, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and customization.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
