Join us as a Senior ServiceNow Developer where you will play a pivotal role in projects by designing flexible solutions, improving processes wherever required, producing process documents, and collaborating exclusively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in end-to-end ServiceNow development activities, ServiceNow modules, third-party integrations, Rest API, and Integration Hubs. Additionally, you should have experience in customizing or developing enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes. Working closely with Business Analysts (BA's), Architects, Testing teams, and process teams is essential. Identifying areas of process and tooling improvement and providing solutions to ensure the tools are protected in terms of process, security, and performance aspects is a key responsibility. Designing end-to-end solutions, improving configurations, and driving rollouts of new applications and modules are also important aspects of this role. Following continuous improvement best practices, identifying and diagnosing improvement opportunities, delivering solutions using Agile software development processes, and identifying risks by incorporating different authentication mechanisms are crucial. Some other highly valued skills may include CSM, CSA, ITSM, CTA ServiceNow Certifications. Collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical designs, staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow capabilities, trends, and best practices, as well as mentoring junior developers or co-team members are also important elements of this role. This role is based in our Pune office. **Purpose of the role:** To design, develop, and improve software, utilizing various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. **Accountabilities:** - Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
