Senior ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer at our company, you will be part of the Digital Technology business that offers intelligent, connected technologies for monitoring and controlling energy extraction assets. Your role will involve contributing to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to enhance user experiences and meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro). - Work on incident reduction, process excellence, security, and compliance enhancements. - Implement technical solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS. - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools using web services, SOAP/REST, email, DB connector, plugins, etc. - Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer and Automated Test Framework (ATF) for process automation and testing. - Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and problem resolution for operational success. - Develop technical documentation including process flows and design documents. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). - Minimum 7+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform. - Experience in developing and enhancing ITSM, CSM, and HAM Pro modules. - Familiarity with web services, APIs, and mobile application design. - Proficiency in ServiceNow development and customization. - Strong understanding of ITIL Framework and best practices in ITSM, CSM, and HAM Pro. - Experience with physical and virtual asset architecture in HAM Pro. - Solid experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, ATF, and scripting (XML, JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts). - Certification in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for HAM (CIS-HAM).
