Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for industrial equipment such as Weigh Feeders, Belt Conveyors, Packing Machines, Silos, Chimneys, and other plant machinery.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and GA plans to ensure accurate implementation at client sites.
• Prepare technical service reports, maintenance logs, and performance feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams for layout verification and modification in AutoCAD.
• Ensure timely service delivery and maintain strong communication with customers for technical support and satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of professional behavior, grooming, and interpersonal communication while representing the company on client sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and ensure equipment reliability and safety standards.
• Handle travelling assignments across various project locations for site supervision and after-sales service.
• Maintain a proven record of service excellence and contribute to improving service efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and mechanical systems
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Problem-solving and analytical approach
• Prior experience in Sales or Customer Support will be an advantage.

Experience: Minimum 2 year
