Key Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including inverters, panels, and electrical connections.
• Conduct regular service visits and preventive maintenance for client systems.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
• Prepare service reports, maintain records, and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and technical standards.

Requirements

• B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in the solar industry preferred (minimum 2–4 years desirable).
• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical circuits.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, service, and project support.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field challenges confidently.
