Senior SEO Specialist

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive who can take full ownership of the SEO strategy, implementation, and performance for our website. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, and can independently drive measurable improvements in organic traffic, search rankings, and conversions. You will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end SEO activities—from keyword research and content optimization to technical audits and link-building—without requiring constant oversight. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a complete SEO strategy for the website to increase organic visibility and traffic. Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities. Optimize website structure, metadata, headings, images, and internal linking for maximum on-page impact. Perform technical SEO audits , identify issues, and coordinate or implement fixes (site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization, etc.). Create and manage an off-page SEO plan , including link-building campaigns, guest posting, and outreach. Collaborate with or independently guide content strategy to align with SEO goals. Track and analyze SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, bounce rate, keyword rankings, and conversion rate. Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to monitor site health and performance. Ensure SEO efforts align with the latest algorithm updates and best practices. Manage and optimize Google Business Profile for local SEO, if applicable. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record of independently managing SEO for websites. In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO . Strong command of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS , and familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
