The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with exceptional design sensibility and a deep understanding of anatomy, appeal, and emotion. You will be responsible for developing memorable and production-ready character designs that bring our stories to life. Key Responsibilities Design main and secondary characters that reflect the tone and visual direction of the project. Collaborate with the Director, Art Director, and Production Team to define the overall character style. Create character packages including character turnarounds, expression sheets, pose sheets, and costume variations. Develop multiple design iterations based on feedback and story evolution. Ensure character designs are technically suitable for both 2D and 3D production workflows. Guide and review work from junior designers when needed to maintain visual consistency. Deliver high-quality artwork within the project’s timeline and design standards. Requirements 10+ years of professional experience as a Character Designer in animation, gaming, or visual development.
