Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective SEO strategies across websites, landing pages, and content assets.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, URL structures, internal linking, and content for search visibility.
• Oversee technical SEO initiatives including crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile optimization, and schema implementation.
• Optimize for next-generation search discoverability, including: LLM-driven search and recommendation systems (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Bing Copilot). Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve brand presence in AI-powered search summaries.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators to implement SEO best practices across projects.
• Manage off-page strategies including link building, digital PR, and outreach to improve domain authority.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent.
• Regularly analyze and report on organic traffic trends, keyword rankings, and ROI-driven KPIs.
• Stay up to date on the latest search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on B2B SEO experience with demonstrable success in improving organic performance.
• Expertise in traditional SEO (technical, on-page, off-page) and emerging fields such as LLM optimization, AEO, and GEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, etc.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript as it relates to SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills.
