We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Associate with strong hands-on experience in running paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This role is ideal for someone who has supported B2B or SaaS companies and is ready to take ownership of performance marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads and conversions. While the primary focus will be on paid media, a working knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus and will help you contribute to broader digital visibility efforts. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Manage campaign budgets, monitor key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and regularly report on results. Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and targeting strategies. Assist with on-page and off-page SEO optimizations (e.g., metadata, headings, internal links). Support keyword research and content optimization efforts. Collaborate with design and content teams to create ad assets aligned with messaging and funnel stage. Manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and analytics tools. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) in B2B/SaaS environments. Strong grasp of paid media metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and optimization techniques. Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
