Role Description

MVP Ventures is seeking a Senior SEO & Meta Ads Specialist with 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing. This is a senior executive-level role for someone who can take full ownership, is self-driven, and can coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

You will lead strategy development and be hands-on in execution — from building SEO campaigns to managing high-performing Meta Ads. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical ability, and the mindset of a proactive problem solver.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
• Perform detailed keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
• Execute on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and link-building campaigns.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and improvements.
• Deliver clear client-level reporting with insights and recommendations.
• Keep updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising)

• Plan, create, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (lead generation, awareness, conversions).
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel and event tracking.
• Build custom audiences and retargeting strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, fine-tune for ROI, and prepare reports.

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of Google Ads (AdWords).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
• Experience in integrating cross-channel marketing strategies.
• Requirements7+ years of professional experience in SEO and Meta Ads.
• Strong background in both strategy creation and hands-on execution.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent team coordination skills and ability to collaborate across cultures.
• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
