Role Description MVP Ventures is seeking a Senior SEO & Meta Ads Specialist with 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing. This is a senior executive-level role for someone who can take full ownership, is self-driven, and can coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will lead strategy development and be hands-on in execution — from building SEO campaigns to managing high-performing Meta Ads. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical ability, and the mindset of a proactive problem solver. Key Responsibilities SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies aligned with business and client objectives. Perform detailed keyword research and identify growth opportunities. Execute on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and link-building campaigns. Conduct technical SEO audits and improvements. Deliver clear client-level reporting with insights and recommendations. Keep updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising) Plan, create, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (lead generation, awareness, conversions). Set up and manage Meta Pixel and event tracking.
