Senior SEO Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager (only Male candidates)to lead our search engine optimization strategy and manage a team of 6 SEO specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ranking websites across multiple niches, including highly competitive industries such as gaming and other complex domains that are traditionally difficult to optimize.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search visibility, and increase conversions.
• Manage and mentor a team of 6 SEO professionals, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements (content, metadata, internal linking, technical SEO) and off-page strategies (backlink acquisition, outreach, digital PR).
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools/technologies to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Analyze SEO performance metrics, prepare reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Lead SEO projects for complex websites with large structures, dynamic pages, and niche-specific ranking challenges.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a managerial/team lead role.
• Proven success in ranking websites across diverse niches, including competitive sectors like gaming.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, site architecture, schema markup, Core Web Vitals).
• Experience managing SEO for large-scale or complex websites with challenging ranking factors.
• Hands-on expertise with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and grow a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with content marketing, link-building, and digital marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in international SEO and multilingual websites.
• Knowledge of gaming industry trends, player behavior, and content optimization strategies.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
