Senior SEO Executive

Dayshift – 9.30am to 6.30pm

Completely WFO (Location :- Noida Sector 63 )

Interview will be only face to face in Noida Location

 Build and execute result-oriented SEO strategies for digitalguider.com; focused

on organic traffic & lead generation.

 Take complete ownership of keyword mapping, technical SEO, and on-page

frameworks that improve visibility and conversions.

 Collaborate with developers, content, and design teams to turn SEO insights into

action.

 Create data-backed reports that tell the story — traffic, rankings, CTR,

conversions, ROI.

 Identify growth opportunities in untapped SERPs, featured snippets, and local

searches.

 Design and oversee link-building campaigns with a focus on authority and

relevance.

 Stay ahead of Google’s algorithm updates and deploy proactive strategies to

maintain ranking stability.

 Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and content funnels to improve organic lead

quality.

 Mentor junior SEOs or freelancers when required — reviewing strategy and

deliverables.

Expectation:-

 3+ years of solid SEO experience (preferably with in-house or high-impact

projects).

 Deep understanding of technical SEO, site audits, and data interpretation.

 Hands-on with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, Surfer

SEO, and Chat GPT/AI SEO tools.

 Proven record of growing organic leads or sales through SEO-driven funnels.

 Strong communication and analytical skills.

 Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

 Working knowledge of local SEO, schema, and content optimization

frameworks.
