• Managing both technical and content SEO tasks and projects.
• Implementing detailed technical and on-page optimisation strategies.

• Competitor research and identification of SEO best practices.
• Working with brand and SEO content teams to define and deliver effective content.
• Compile comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to provide insights into SEO performance.
• Content Optimisation: Develop and implement content strategies to optimise for both search engines and users, ensuring content aligns with SEO best practices, user intent, and business goals.
• AI Integration in SEO: Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into SEO strategies, including AI-driven content generation, search query analysis, and personalisation for enhanced SEO outcomes.
• Algorithm Understanding: Deep understanding of SEO algorithms and frequent algorithm updates from Google and other search engines, ensuring the SEO strategy remains aligned with the latest ranking factors.
• AI Search Technologies: Utilise AI search technologies (such as ChatGPT and other NLP models) to improve search relevancy and tailor SEO strategies for conversational queries and voice search.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with product, design, development, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader company objectives and ensure a cohesive digital strategy across all channels.
• Accountability and Self-Driven: Be highly accountable for driving SEO performance while taking initiative in the absence of direct supervision. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning is essential.
• Building Authority: Demonstrate expertise in building domain and content authority through strategic link-building campaigns, high-quality content creation, and relationship-building within relevant industry sectors.
• Google Search Products: Utilise Google Search products such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio to track and optimise SEO performance. Leverage these tools for keyword tracking, performance reporting, and gaining insights into search trends and user behaviour.

A demonstrable history of driving positive change across multiple concurrent SEO projects as part of a defined strategy.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with multiple teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience of working with both in-house teams and external agency resources.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO.
• Technical SEO experience identifying and fixing issues.
• Content SEO experience content audits and keyword research.
• Link-building experience digital PR, outreach, guest posting, etc.
• Extensive experience of Google Search Console.
• Experience of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Utilisation of SEO tools must include SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Preparing and delivering reporting and analysis.
• SEO Content Optimisation: Proficient in creating and implementing content strategies that support SEO goals, utilising keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Advanced AI in SEO: Knowledge of generative AI tools for automating content creation, improving keyword targeting, and enhancing content relevance for SEO.
• Analytical and Reporting Skills: Proficient in analysing SEO performance data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that drive results.
• Content Authority Building: Proven ability to execute link-building strategies, establish partnerships, and create authoritative content that earns links and improves search rankings.

• Experience working with headless CMS, such as Optimizeley, to deliver flexible and scalable content that enhances SEO performance.
• Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools that support automated keyword research, content generation, and performance tracking.
• Experience with Looker Studio.
