Job Title : *Scrum Master*

Location :- Hyderabad (hybrid)

7-10 years

*Key Responsibilities:*

Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and drive continuous improvement

Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution

Work closely with Product Owners to help manage and refine product backlogs

Promote self-organization, accountability, and transparency within teams

Track sprint progress using Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown/Burnup charts

Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business goals

Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization

Ensure timely delivery of commitments with high quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master

Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks

Experience working with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Product)

Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery models

Experience working in SAFe / LeSS / Kanban environments is a plus
