Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end transportation of goods from suppliers to clients.
Plan and schedule shipments; oversee loading/unloading for safety and efficiency.
Coordinate with transporters, 3PL vendors, and service providers to meet delivery timelines.
Work closely with internal teams (procurement, production) and update clients on deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehousing activities (picking, packing, dispatch).
Conduct stock audits and ensure inventory accuracy through reconciliation.
Prepare and manage logistics documents like e-way bills and invoices.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company policies.
Handle logistics issues such as delays, damages, and complaints.
Monitor logistics costs and help optimize routes and processes.
Track KPIs and share regular operational reports with management.
Weekly local travel (up to 2 days) within Bangalore for warehouse visits.

Preferred Qualification

Experience with inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, 3PL services, and vendor management.
Knowledge of domestic transportation or shipping regulations.
Language proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is preferred.
Experience working with pan-India vendors and internal teams
