Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Transportation

Plan and coordinate dispatch and delivery of materials to sites, clients, and vendors.
Arrange transportation as per delivery schedules.
Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery.
Optimize freight cost and negotiate with transporters.

Inventory & Material Coordination

Coordinate with stores, procurement, and project teams for material availability.
Maintain records of inward, outward, and stock movement.
Ensure proper handling, packing, and safety of materials during transit.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and verify logistics documents such as Delivery Challan, E-way Bill, LR, Invoice, and Gate Pass.
Maintain logistics MIS and reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

Vendor & Transporter Management

Develop and manage relationships with transporters and logistics vendors.
Monitor transporter performance and resolve delivery-related issues.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with project, accounts, purchase, and warehouse teams.
Communicate delivery status and resolve.

Skills & Competencies

Strong coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
Basic understanding of GST, E-way Bill, and documentation
Cost control and negotiation skills
Problem-solving and time management abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
