Department: Logistics & Operations Role: Logistics Executive -Ecommerce Job Description: Job Purpose: To manage and coordinate end-to-end logistics operations for the e-commerce business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders, efficient handling of returns, and maintaining high service levels while optimizing cost and productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order Processing & Shipment Coordination: Ensure timely processing of e-commerce orders and coordinate with warehouse(Bangalore &Bakoli) for order dispatch, Appointment booking or delivery alignment. Monitor daily shipment schedules and work closely with courier partners to ensure on-time deliveries for dedicated accounts. 2. Ensure get delivered on time onto shared appointment date, arrange Pod and ensure GRN get done and update and provide PO Tracker on closing of the month. 3. Ensure RTV cases & RTO po’s get closed asap. Analyze reasons for returns and recommend preventive actions. 4. Do Needful to close COF cases within a month of it’s raised. 5. Data Reporting & Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of dispatch records, delivery status, returns, and discrepancies. Generate regular reports on key logistics metrics (e.g., delivery timelines, order accuracy, returns ratio, etc.). Key Skills Required: Good in advance excel/ Google Sheets Good Communication skill Location: NSP
