Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage logistics operations from dispatch to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
Coordinate with transporters, carriers, and third-party vendors for smooth execution of logistics activities.
Prepare E way bills, export logs, import logs, and other necessary documents accurately and on time.
Monitor inventory levels at warehouses/stores to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities.

Maintain Daily status reports for the export shipments.

Support warehousing operations, including receiving and storing goods.

Provide customer service support, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.

Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

Coordinate transportation and distribution of goods.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Resolve issues related to customs, shipping, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in import/export operations.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
