Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits Consultant / Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of global benefits solutions for large, complex enterprises. This role requires deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits, strong solution architecture capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure compliance, scalability, and operational excellence.

This is a contract engagement for an initial six-month duration, with a strong possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits for large, multi-country organizations
• Engage with global business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct discovery workshops, and translate business needs into scalable solution designs
• Configure and customize global benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations within SuccessFactors
• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Act as a subject matter expert on global benefits processes, statutory requirements, and SAP SuccessFactors best practices
• Deliver training to end users and support teams to ensure smooth adoption and operational readiness
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integrations and data exchange
• Provide post-go-live support, including issue resolution, defect management, and enhancement implementation
• Maintain detailed documentation covering configurations, testing results, and support procedures
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and industry best practices, proactively recommending process and system improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central Global Benefits
• Proven experience leading global or multi-country benefits implementations for large enterprises
• Strong understanding of benefits program design, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and regulatory compliance
• Hands-on experience with MDF-driven frameworks within SAP SuccessFactors
• Ability to independently lead solution architecture discussions and client workshops
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams
• Experience working in contract or consulting-based delivery models
• Availability for a 6-month engagement, with flexibility for extension
