About the Role

Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and user stories.
  • Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Work hands-on with customization (flows, validation rules, process automation, reports, permissions, etc.).
  • Collaborate with developers on Apex, integrations, APIs, and data migrations.
  • Conduct impact analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Lead demos, UAT support, documentation, and end-user training.
  • Mentor and support junior team members; promote best practices and code/config standards.
  • Ensure governance, security, and alignment with Salesforce platform limits and release updates.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of professional experience working with Salesforce.
  • Strong techno-functional background — comfortable with both business processes and technical solutioning.
  • Hands-on expertise in

    Sales Cloud

    and

    Service Cloud

    .
  • If you have worked with

    Data Enrichment

    tools such as ZoomInfo, it will be a plus.
  • Experience gathering requirements, writing functional specs, and converting them into scalable designs.
  • Good understanding of declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards).
  • Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and basic Apex/Lightning concepts.
  • Experience mentoring or leading small teams or workstreams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.


Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder / Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Experience with DevOps (Change Sets, Gearset, Copado, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
