Joining our on-site engineering team in India, you will craft scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications that unlock measurable business value.Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and unit-test Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components for Sales & Service Cloud implementations.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event streaming while enforcing security standards.
Own end-to-end release cycles: Git branching, CI/CD pipelines, sandbox management, and deployment to production.
Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning to uphold platform best practices and governor limits.
Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate user stories into technical solutions and effort estimates.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

5+ years hands-on Salesforce development with strong Apex, LWC, and Visualforce skills.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or middleware (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Expertise in SOQL/SOSL, governor limits, security model, and data model design.
Solid understanding of Git, automated testing (Apex & Jest), and CI/CD tools such as Copado or Gearset.
Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (minimum).

Preferred

Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
Background with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud integration.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum processes using Jira or Azure Boards.
Experience optimizing large data migrations using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or APIs.
